Agent Portal Password Reset Issues

4:21 p.m. 2/17/2022 Update: We are happy to report that the issues affecting the TFPA Agent Portal password reset and login processes are now resolved.

11:05 a.m. 2/17/2022: We are aware of issues affecting the TFPA Agent Portal password reset process. We are working to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Background

Earlier today, we launched a system upgrade (learn more here). As part of this upgrade, all agents that are registered with both TFPA and TWIA must use a new TFPA username and reset both their TFPA and TWIA passwords. However, we have received reports that some agents are encountering issues during the reset process.
