A Texas FAIR Plan Association (TFPA) policy moratorium is in effect for the entire state of Texas due to Hurricane Beryl. This means TFPA is currently not accepting applications for new or increased coverage.
The policy moratorium will continue until the TFPA General Manager determines the storm no longer threatens properties.
